October 3-7 | Starting at $500A Year of Becoming
What to ExpectGrow through the seasons. Become the person you want to be.
We often overestimate what we can achieve in a month but underestimate what we can achieve in a year.
Many coaching journeys can be quite intense. They are time restricted and focused on very defined outcomes. This can be a great approach for some challenges. I love this focus and often work in this way.
However, sometimes the challenge is more spacious. Sometimes we have a feeling that we want to create movement and change in our lives, but require time to explore, time to process, time to test things, and time to build up to big changes. Sometimes we need change at a pace that is integrated to the seasons and allows space for reflection and fun. Time to explore new habits and find a new rhythms.
We all know how hard it is to keep New Year’s resolutions. Finding willpower and energy in the depth of winter is tough. With A Year of Becoming we work with the natural seasonal energy. We’ll move through the cycles of composting what no longer serves you and letting go during the Autumn and early Winter. We then move in to dreaming abut what you want to grow and planting the seeds of change. In late Winter we explore living with purpose, the resources you’ll need to meet challenges, and what you need to flourish. By the time Spring arrives you will have a plan, you will now what you need and will have key elements in place. As the young sap starts to rise you will be well placed to go forward with energy and purpose. Then after a Summer of supported ‘doing’ we get to September when we look at what we have harvested and what we are ready to let go of. Completing the cycle.
This process incudes nature connection, ceremony, creative practice, embodiment exercises, talking, journaling and self care.
